Clients engaging with Machine House (India) Pvt. Ltd. agree to:

• Provide the required technical details, including machine weight, load distribution, operating conditions and installation environment
• Use all supplied products and services in accordance with our technical guidelines, datasheets and installation instructions
• Maintain confidentiality of commercial terms, technical documentation and access credentials

Solutions recommended by us are based on the information supplied by the client. Incorrect or incomplete data may affect product performance and suitability.

Both parties agree to uphold strict confidentiality obligations covering:

• Technical information — specifications, machine data, load calculations and application details
• Drawings — layouts, foundation drawings, installation schemes and design documents
• Business information — pricing, quotations, commercial terms and project scope
• Customer data — contact details, site information and correspondence records

Such information shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent, except where disclosure is required by law.

We handle all client information securely and in full compliance with applicable data protection laws, including international standards where applicable:

• Prices, delivery schedules and project terms are valid only for the period specified in the quotation and may be revised thereafter
• Applicable taxes, duties, freight and packing charges are payable as per the agreed commercial terms

Machine House (India) Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for:

• Indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services
• Issues caused by third-party components, contractors, transporters or external service providers
• External factors such as incorrect installation, unsuitable site conditions, machine modification or operation outside specified parameters
• Production loss, downtime or damage resulting from unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Our liability in all cases shall be limited to the value of the products or services supplied under the relevant order.

However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of our website, support channels or on-site services due to external factors such as maintenance activity, infrastructure issues, logistics constraints or events beyond our reasonable control.

• Governing law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India
• Jurisdiction: All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Nashik, Maharashtra, India
• International clients: Alternative jurisdiction may be mutually agreed upon and defined within individual supply or service contracts
