Revised Web Interface for Improved Accessibility and System Monitoring
As part of this update, several enhancements have been introduced to simplify operation, improve monitoring and provide better traceability in the event of system faults.
Some of the key new features are listed below.
Logging Function
A new logging function has been introduced to monitor important system parameters and improve fault analysis.
The system now provides two monitoring options:
- Eventlog – used to monitor error messages and the MC signal (Motion Complete)
- Datalog – used to monitor controller parameters such as:
- Setpoint
- Actual position
- Pressure
- Position deviation
These functions make it easier to analyse system behaviour and identify possible causes of faults.
Automatic Calculation of Working Position
To simplify the commissioning process, the working position can now be calculated automatically.
This helps reduce manual configuration and makes system setup quicker and more convenient.
Shut Off Button
A new “Shut Off” button allows the system to be vented quickly in potentially hazardous situations.
The Shut Off button is available only when the system is operating in “Control via WebVisu” mode.
In other operating modes, this button is not displayed.
Improved Error Acknowledgement
For improved traceability, the “Air Supply Missing” error is no longer reset automatically when the compressed air supply becomes available again.
This allows operators and service personnel to clearly identify that an air supply interruption has occurred and manually acknowledge the error after reviewing the situation.
